Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain quality standards and safety protocols. The supervisor will also monitor progress, manage resources, and address any issues that may arise during the construction process. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site management is required, with a proven track record in handling similar projects. Proficiency in Construction Safety, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Construction Management, Microsoft Office, Construction Site Management, and Administration is essential.
