Finance Officer

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to oversee the full ANZ payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role will lead and support key financial operations including month-end closing, treasury management, and internal control monitoring, while contributing to both local and headquarters reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll cycle management: Lead end-to-end payroll operations for ANZ, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Financial operations: Lead/support accounts payable/receivable, month-end closing, and treasury activities.

• Internal controls: Monitor and strengthen financial controls.

• Reporting: Prepare and contribute to both local statutory and HQ reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of finance or accounting experience.

• Full cycle payroll processing experience is essential.

• Previous experience with ANZ payroll systems is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and internal controls.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
