Accountant / Senior Accountant
We are looking for motivated accounting professionals to join our growing finance team. We currently have opportunities for both an Accountant and a Senior Accountant to support a portfolio of entities and international clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
These roles offer exposure to bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, tax compliance, and multi-entity accounting in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
CPA certification is preferred
2–3+ years of international accounting or bookkeeping experience (AU, NZ, UK, or US) for CPA candidates
At least 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience for non-CPA candidates
Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
Fundamental knowledge of GST and BAS preparation is an advantage
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and financial reporting
Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
Support ad hoc accounting, administrative, and client-related tasks

Senior Accountant
Qualifications
CPA qualified or equivalent professional accounting designation
4–6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or client accounting
Strong working knowledge of Xero, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Experience working across multiple entities and jurisdictions is highly regarded
Australian accounting experience preferred
Exposure to New Zealand and Singapore accounting requirements is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, payment batches, and invoicing across multiple entities
Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain supporting workpapers
Process payroll for Australian employees
Prepare and lodge BAS for Australian entities
Assist with GST and tax compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Liaise with auditors, external advisors, and service providers
Support finance projects, audits, and reporting initiatives across the group
