Bartender

About the role

Nui Da Mano is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our beverage operation, crafting cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Your expertise and charisma will directly contribute to creating memorable experiences that define the Nui Da Mano brand.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, including cocktails, spirits, beers and wines

2. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks selections based on customer preferences and occasion

3. Maintain excellent customer service standards whilst engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner

4. Ensure the bar counter and surrounding areas are kept clean, organised and well-stocked at all times

5. Monitor and manage inventory levels of spirits, mixers, glassware and bar supplies, reporting shortages promptly

6. Adhere to all health, safety and food hygiene standards within the bar environment

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working as a Bartender in a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably in a beach resort or upmarket venue

2. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques and classic and contemporary drink recipes

3. Excellent understanding of spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages

4. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

5. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian, Japanese or Mandarin are highly desirable

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure during peak service times
