Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in turning business pain points into structured analytical problems
Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and key drivers of business performance
Contribute to the development and testing of statistical or mathematical models under guidance
Validate and document findings from models and analyses
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support discussions
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Prepare presentations (PPT or equivalent) to communicate findings
Service & Process Support
Help manage analytics requests via ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), ensuring timely updates
Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
Support automation of repetitive tasks under supervision
Participate in incident resolution and knowledge sharing activities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
0–2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in English and Mandarin (read, write and speak). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Lookups, Basic Data Cleaning)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset
Good communication and presentation abilities
Internship experience or exposure to MNCs/reputable organizations is an added advantage
Basic SQL skills (e.g., SELECT, GROUP BY, JOINS)
Exposure to Python (Pandas) or any BI tool (Tableau/Power BI) is an added advantage.
