Staff Nurse @ Sunway Sanctuary

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care to elderly residents at Sunway Sanctuary, based in Selangor. The role supports residents’ health, wellbeing, dignity, and comfort in a senior living environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, monitoring, and medication administration.

2. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.

3. Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.

4. Respond promptly and compassionately to residents' needs and concerns.

5. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents.

6. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Registered Nurse with a valid license with Malaysia Nursing Board

2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

3. Experience in elderly care or healthcare setting is an advantage

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

6. Able to work shift duty.
