Job Responsibilities

• Perform Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, and Diagnostic Testing services for customers throughout Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.

• Conduct Online and Offline testing of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical equipment.

• Carry out testing using specialized instruments such as Thermal Imagers, Partial Discharge (PD) instruments, Power Quality Analyzers, and other advanced diagnostic equipment.

• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports, recommendations, and presentations.

• Assist customers in identifying equipment defects, reliability concerns, and corrective actions.

• Provide technical support and work closely with customers, consultants, and project teams.

• Continuously learn and develop technical competencies in emerging Condition Monitoring technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the Power, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Utilities, or Electronics sectors will have an added advantage.

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

• Malaysian citizen.

Experience & Skills

• Strong passion for engineering, technology, and continuous learning.

• Keen interest in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Asset Reliability, and Electrical Diagnostics.

• Experience in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, or Protection Relay Testing will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Thermal Imaging Cameras, Partial Discharge Test Equipment, Power Quality Analyzers, and related software is beneficial but not essential.

• Knowledge of MV electrical equipment testing and diagnostics is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia and occasionally within the Asia Pacific region.

• Good command of written and spoken English, including the ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.
