Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company that provides a one-stop learning experience for students to have better access to quality content and service. Ruangguru has allowed students to access better quality educational content in the form of learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes. However, there are still problems such as equality and disparity to solve. We believe that technology is the key to jump forward to solve this problem. 

Job Description:

- Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.

- Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.

- Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.

- Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.

- Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Have a personal smartphone and laptop.

- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

- Minimum understanding in english
