Job DescriptionAs a Shopper Experience Intern, you will support shopper engagement initiatives through training programs, content creation, community management, event execution, and operational support.Key Responsibilities:Support training programs, shopper activation events, and in-store activities.Assist in content creation, social media, and community engagement initiatives.Conduct market research, analyze program performance, and prepare reports.Create simple marketing materials and support project administration.Coordinate operational activities, logistics, and project documentation.RequirementsOpen to fresh graduates from all majors.Passionate about marketing, retail, and shopper experience.Familiar with Canva or other basic design tools.Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
