Job Description:
Based in Singapore, our Marketing Specialist will be a vital part of our marketing initiatives in Southeast Asian countries. This role is designed for a person who is looking to make an impact in KOL management, social media operations, consumer research, execution of marketing events, and integrated marketing communication (IMC) projects. The successful candidate will be ready to contribute to our dynamic team and be able to travel extensively across the region for seamless collaboration with the local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Alignment:
a. Communicate the strategies with local teams to deliver the targets.
b. Lead localized marketing initiatives that align with team's goals.
2. KOL and Partner Management:
a. Manage partner and KOL collaboration to maintain good relationships.
b. Conduct marketing campaigns featuring KOLs and brand partners.
3. Social Media Operations:
a. Help drive social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
b. Support in producing content and tracking performance metrics.
4. Consumer Research:
a. Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences.
b. Analyze data and provide reports to inform marketing strategies.
5. Marketing Events and IMC Projects:
a. Lead and plan marketing events and IMC projects with multiple stakeholders.
b. Ensure the marketing strategies align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Minumum Qualifications:
1. Effective business English and Chinese proficiency. Native speaker of Southeast Asian languages (Malay, Vietnamese, etc.) is highly preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2-3 years relevant marketing experience.
3. Understanding of marketing principles and practices especially in Southeast Asian markets.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media management tools.
Preferred:
1. Experience in integrated marketing communication (IMC) projects
2. A keen interest in consumer research and market analysis
3. Ability to collaborate with KOLs and brand partners
4. Familiar with the Singapore and Southeast Asian market.
