Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance automated workflows to improve operational efficiency
Build processes using scripting, logic rules, and event triggers
Integrate systems with APIs and third-party platforms
Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
Maintain documentation on workflow logic, data structures, and integrations
Work with teams to understand requirements and suggest process improvements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Experience in JavaScript, HTML/XML, or workflow platform scripting
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices is a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Exposure to workflow/automation tools like Power Automate, Nintex, Zapier, or SuiteScript is advantageous
