About the role
PT Indo Sutech Sejahtera is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Semarang, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing and fabrication operations. As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal components using various welding techniques, ensuring that all work meets our stringent quality standards and safety requirements. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products, contributing directly to the success of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Melakukan pengelasan untuk fabrikasi rangka mesin dan sistem conveyor
Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik sebelum proses fabrikasi.
Melakukan fitting, tack welding, dan final welding sesuai spesifikasi.
Mengelas material seperti S41C dan S45C
Memastikan hasil las rapi, kuat, dan sesuai standar kualitas.
Melakukan grinding dan finishing setelah proses pengelasan.
Bekerja sama dengan tim engineering dan produksi dalam proses pembuatan mesin.
Menjaga keselamatan kerja dan penggunaan alat sesuai standar.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin / Pengelasan atau setara.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Welder, diutamakan di bidang fabrikasi mesin atau conveyor.
Mampu membaca gambar teknik / drawing fabrikasi.
Menguasai proses pengelasan SMAW / GMAW / GTAW
Terbiasa menggunakan gerinda, mesin potong, dan alat ukur.
Memahami proses fitting dan alignment struktur sebelum pengelasan.
Mempunyai sertifikat welder kelas 1 (Depnaker) atau 6G (BNSP) atau sertifikat Migas yg masih berlaku
Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Site Project di Indonesia
Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
Nilai Tambah:
Memiliki sertifikat welder.
Pengalaman di bidang manufaktur mesin atau heavy fabrication.
Mampu melakukan layout / marking material sebelum proses las.
