 The job of the Sales Manager is to lead the company Shenzhen teams so that it achieves the goals and objectives developed by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Motivate, manage and lead sales teams to develop new business and expand current customer base

2. Set goals and targets for different teams and help them to achieve the performance targets

3. Formulate and implement both long-term and short-term strategies for the company for growing sales revenue and maintaining a leading market position

4. Maximize revenue across product lines in accordance with goals

5. Identity and develop new business opportunity, especially Automotive, Robots (Industrial Automation), etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably related to Business / Electronics / Engineering subjects

2. At least 5 years Sales Manager experience, preferrable electronic components trading or distribution

3. Strong interpersonal skills to manage and inspire team members to outperform

4. A positive attitude, creative persistence and entrepreneurial spirit

5. Good in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data using MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

6. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
