As a Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for executing reliability activities, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, based on the schedule or work orders assigned by the Team Leader. Your role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient production by maintaining high-quality machine and equipment performance. You will also take immediate action during equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions, while strictly adhering to quality and safety standards.

Maintenance, engineering, and asset management expertise
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems knowledge
Electronic and electrical control systems experience
Utility management and cost optimization capabilities
Compliance, quality assurance, and safety management knowledge
Qualifications
D4/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Power System Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Electronic Control Systems, and/or Electrical Control Systems.
Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG operations is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
