Lead, develop, and evaluate warehouse head at each location — accountable for overall operational performance of both sites
Manage the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process end-to-end, ensuring all vehicles are inspection-cleared prior to dispatch and that PDI capacity is planned against delivery volume
Manage third-party transporter performance against established SLAs, safety standards, and cost targets — including vendor evaluation and corrective action when SLAs are breached
Ensure accuracy and integrity of vehicle inventory records across both locations, including inbound, outbound, inter-site transfers, and documentation
Oversee vehicle documentation coordination to prevent delivery delays caused by document bottlenecks
Review and control logistics costs — transporter invoices, fuel consumption, internal fleet maintenance — against approved budget, and report variances.

Build, document, and continuously improve logistics SOPs across both sites
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of vehicles held in inventory
