The Jose C. Feliciano College is seeking a dynamic yet grounded Marketing Head to lead the college’s marketing, branding, and communications efforts. We are looking for someone who blends creativity with strategy, and innovation with integrity — someone eager to help shape the future of a growing academic institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of all marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Strengthen JCFC’s brand presence across traditional and digital channels.
• Develop data-driven strategies to boost enrollment and community engagement.
• Supervise a small but creative marketing team and coordinate with departments and offices on projects and events.
• Manage the college’s social media, website, and related public relations initiatives.
• Ensure all communications reflect JCFC’s values and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
• Strong background in marketing, preferably in education or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content strategy.
• Collaborative, dependable, and aligned with JCFC’s mission of education with heart and purpose.
