About the role

We are seeking a talented Landscape/Design Architect to join our growing team at Plontur Group in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging landscape architecture projects. As a Landscape/Design Architect, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality landscape solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. This position is integral to our design studio and will directly contribute to the success of our portfolio and reputation in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, and public space projects
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using industry-standard software and tools
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions
• Produce presentations and visualizations including 3D renderings, sketches, and scale models to communicate design concepts
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets whilst maintaining quality standards
• Support the design team in research and development of innovative landscape solutions
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project implementation and address design concerns
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and project delivery methods

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect/Architect
• 2-5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related design practice
• Proficiency with landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant selection, hardscape materials, and construction detailing
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering software to communicate design concepts effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of sustainable design practices and environmental considerations
• Excellent drawing, sketching, and visualization skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creative design with practical constraints
• Experience with BIM processes or digital project coordination (preferred)
• Knowledge of local building regulations and environmental standards in the Philippines (preferred)
