SECURITY MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Manager to lead and oversee the company's security operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of security strategies, protecting company assets, personnel, facilities, and business operations, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

The Security Manager will also lead security investigations, conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvements in security operations across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, manage, and continuously improve the company's overall security operations.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and periodically review security policies, procedures, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of security personnel to ensure operational excellence, discipline, and compliance with company standards.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into security incidents, asset losses, workplace violations, fraud cases, misconduct, and other security-related issues.

• Perform evidence collection, fact-finding, witness interviews, root cause analysis, and prepare detailed investigation reports, including corrective and preventive action recommendations.

• Conduct security risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize operational, physical, and personnel security risks.

• Coordinate with clients, internal management, law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders on security-related matters.

• Perform regular security audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

• Prepare periodic reports on security operations, incident trends, investigation outcomes, security performance, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Develop and deliver security awareness and competency training programs for security personnel and employees.

• Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Visitor Management Systems, and other security technologies.

• Develop emergency response plans, crisis management procedures, and business continuity support related to physical security.

• Monitor security service quality and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Degrees in Management, Law, Criminology, Security Management, or other related fields are preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security operations, including experience in supervisory, coordinator, or managerial positions.

• Hold a valid Gada Utama Certification issued by the Indonesian National Police (POLRI).

• Proven experience in conducting security investigations, including evidence collection, interviewing, fact-finding, root cause analysis, and investigation report preparation.

• Strong knowledge of security operations management, risk assessment, asset protection, loss prevention, and personnel security.

• Good understanding of Indonesian regulations governing the private security industry, labor laws, and occupational safety requirements.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop security SOPs, operational reports, investigation reports, and security improvement programs.

• Willing to travel for business trips and operational site inspections.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in security outsourcing, facility management, or integrated facility management services.

• Experience managing security operations for corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, industrial estates, hospitals, shopping malls, logistics facilities, warehouses, data centers, or other critical infrastructure.

• Experience conducting security audits, fraud investigations, compliance assessments, and continuous service quality improvement initiatives.

• Professional certifications related to security management, risk management, investigation, or business continuity will be an advantage.

• Experience working in multi-site operations with large security teams is highly preferred.
