are you ready to manage the luxurious la bohemia residence in the heart of bali? we are looking for a talented villa manager to oversee our two stunning villas, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
about la bohemia residence:
- two exquisite villas nestled in the scenic beauty of ubud
- villa 1: 4 bedrooms
- villa 2: 2 bedrooms
- both villas located in the same area with separate entrances
Syarat Pekerjaan
responsibilities:
- handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism
- facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs; self check-in available outside working hours
- manage guest communications across airbnb, whatsapp, and booking.com platforms
- source and purchase villa supplies to maintain high standards
- coordinate and supervise housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance, and technical support teams
- conduct annual villa inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to our technician
- directly communicate any villa-related concerns to the supervisor for swift resolution
requirements:
- fluent in english to effectively communicate with guests
- proficient in google sheets for efficient management tasks
- knowledgeable in canva for creative marketing purposes
- experienced in airbnb and booking.com for effective guest management
- must reside in the ubud area for accessibility to the villas
