Dies Engineer - Shock Absorber Components - Cikarang (B-130094)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang, West Java.

• Our client is a Manufacture, Machinery/Equipment (Shock Absorber) company. Currently, they are looking for Die Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and improve stamping/progressive dies.

• Troubleshoot die issues and implement corrective actions.

• Support die trials, production start-up, and new product launches.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

• Monitor die performance and preventive maintenance.

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Experience more than 2-3 years in metal press operation and production process management.

• Experience in mold / die maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read product drawings and mold / die drawings.

• Ability to propose improvements in mold / die design and production processes.

• Leadership experience or potential to lead a small team in the future.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

• Japanese language skill or experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
