Job Description

Deine Mission:

• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines Netzwerks von ca. 6-8 externen Service Centern in der Region Westdeutschland
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität und Kosten im operativen Betrieb
• Durchführung von Audits und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Verantwortung für Reporting, Bestände und relevante KPIs
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Subunternehmern inkl. Verhandlungssupport
• Umsetzung und Rollout von Optimierungsprojekten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

Dein Background und Skillset:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.?B. Supply Chain, Logistik)
• Erste Berufserfahrung in Operations, Supply Chain oder Logistik, idealerweise gepaart mit erster Aussendiensterfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Strukturen oder mehrerer Standorte von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit (3-4 Tage/ Woche)
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
• Organisationstalent und Überblick in dynamischen Umfeldern
• Erfahrung mit KPIs, Reporting und idealerweise SCM-/ERP-Systemen
• Einen gültigen Führerschein setzen wir voraus
