Sales Consultant (Work from home)

About Us

We have a 21-year track record helping high school students achieve better results by showing them an easier way to study. School tells students what to study, but doesn't show them how to study. We provide students with a program of proven strategies for success. 63% of our students have achieved an ATAR above 90. We have 65 coaches and conduct our program in all states in Australia.

The Role

This role has arisen due to an increase in demand for our service.

The role is a work from home role and is uncapped commission only.

The role involves providing free coaching sessions to students & parents via Zoom video-conferencing with a view to see if the student is the right fit for our program.

The people you speak to are all warm leads. They have attended a webinar, and on their own initiative, have booked a free coaching session without any assistance over the phone.

This is not a "traditional" sales role. Success comes from understanding the student and providing meaningful advice. Full training and ongoing coaching is provided.

What we're looking for

A genuinely successful sales professional who loves what they do.  A sales gun!
You'll be able to naturally adapt your style and be agile to suit whoever you're selling to (whether parents or students). Your excellent communication skills, influencing skills and proven sales ability will see you earning great money. In addition, you'll need:

• Proficiency with Zoom. 

• Highly developed influencing skills.

• The ability to create rapport and respect.

• Proven track record in commission only sales.

• Outcome focused approach.

You will be rewarded by an excellent package in which you will see yourself earning $1500 - $2000 per week working 20- 25 hours per week with at least 1 weekend day included. 

This is a Commission only role.
