PT Empire Pixel International, based in BSD City, Tangerang (A Local Indonesian Company) is looking for talented individuals with 5+ years of experience to fill the title position at our BSD office immediately. 

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with our SEO team to drive measurable results.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while using performance data to guide SEO and marketing strategies that generate high-quality conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and other advertising networks

• Promote company properties through targeted and data-driven campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI

• Analyze keyword and conversion data to identify high-performing opportunities

• Work closely with the SEO team to provide insights on converting search terms and market trends

• Guide SEO strategy using paid advertising data and performance insights

• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies

• Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms

• Strong experience with PPC campaign management and optimization

• Experience working collaboratively with SEO teams and understanding organic search strategies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently

• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising networks

• Strong understanding of keyword strategy and conversion tracking

• Experience working with performance marketing and growth strategies

Academic Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
