Factory General Manager

• Lead and manage all factory operations, including Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, and Logistics.

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve company targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and cost reduction programs.

• Monitor production performance and ensure operational targets are achieved efficiently.

• Oversee quality management systems and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

• Manage capacity planning, resource utilization, and workforce productivity across all departments.

• Lead cross-functional teams to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Develop and coach management teams to strengthen organizational capability and succession planning.

• Prepare operational reports and present performance results and strategic initiatives to executive management.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong background in automotive or automotive parts manufacturing.

• Proven experience in managing Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain functions.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
