Factory Manager / Plant Manager / ???????????????

This role is responsible for managing cross-functional departments including Product Engineering, Supply Chain Management (Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics), Quality Assurance, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Operations Leadership

·         Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery.

·         Monitor KPIs such as productivity, OEE, lead time, and cost per unit.

·         Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

2. Product Engineering

·         Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

·         Lead engineering change management and support product customization for key customers.

·         Ensure technical documentation and BOM accuracy.

3. Supply Chain Management

·         Planning: Ensure accurate demand forecasting and production planning to meet customer requirements.

·         Procurement: Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

·         Production: Manage production schedules, workforce allocation, and output targets.

·         Warehouse: Ensure inventory accuracy, space utilization, and FIFO compliance.

·         Logistics: Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to meet delivery timelines and cost targets.

4. Quality Assurance

·         Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

·         Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

·         Promote a culture of quality across all departments.

5. Maintenance

·         Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.

·         Ensure minimal downtime and optimal asset utilization.

·         Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.

6. People Management

·         Lead, coach, and develop department managers and their teams.

·         Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

·         Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication.

 7. Strategic Initiatives

·         Support the development and execution of the 3-year Manufacturing & Operations Roadmap.

·         Participate in CAPEX planning and factory layout optimization.

·         Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives.

 Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

·         Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a factory setting.

·         Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain principles, and quality systems.

·         Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).

 Preferred Qualifications

·         Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or MBA.

·         Experience in fan manufacturing or similar mechanical/electrical product industries.

·         Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

·         Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM.

·         Experience in leading factory digitalization or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

 Working : Monday–Friday / 08.00 - 17.00
