What you'll be doing

Production Planning & Strategy

• Schedule Development & Management: Create, execute, and oversee comprehensive production schedules to ensure all project timelines and job requirements are met.

• Continuous Review: Periodically assess and dynamically adjust production schedules to adapt to changing conditions and mitigate delays.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic quarterly plans to align production outcomes with overarching company objectives.

• Cost Estimation: Forecast production costs and carefully manage resources to ensure strict alignment with organizational budgets.

Resource & Equipment Management

• Resource Allocation: Accurately identify and secure the necessary manpower and materials required for upcoming production cycles.

• Operational Oversight: Manage labor and material resources efficiently to consistently achieve or exceed production targets.

• Equipment Strategy: Evaluate facility needs and make key decisions regarding equipment utilization, routine maintenance, and procurement.

Quality, Safety & Process Optimization

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish, document, and enforce standard procedures to reliably guide daily production operations.

• Quality Assurance: Define and rigidly monitor product quality standards to guarantee consistency and customer satisfaction.

• Process Improvement: Analyze production workflows, troubleshoot quality control issues, and execute continuous process enhancements.

• Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by enforcing strict adherence to all health and safety protocols.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Daily Briefings: Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to follow up on outstanding tasks, align the team, and share critical information.

• Interdepartmental Synergy: Facilitate seamless communication and efficient collaboration between production and other key departments.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor, assess, and generate reports on key performance metrics to guarantee ongoing operational effectiveness.
  

What we're looking for

1. Degree in electrical, mechanical, IE or engineering filed

2. 12+ years of production line, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

3. Proficient in guiding employee development through one-on-one and team-based mentoring.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in using MS Office.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

8. Drives end-to-end manufacturing and raw material optimization.
