Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist members with healthcare-related concerns, including benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and provider information.
• Provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
• College undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO/customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
