Sales Manager (Jewellery)

We are seeking a dynamic and market-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen client relationships while enhancing our brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets

• Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting, performance management, and staff development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key clients

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide strategic insights

• Collaborate closely with product development, operations, and marketing teams to enhance product competitiveness

• Oversee order management, pricing strategies, and ensure high-quality customer service

• Participate in trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand exposure and sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail industry

• Proven experience in team management with strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth independently

• Familiarity with international markets (e.g. US, Europe, Asia) and B2B business is an advantage

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
