Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the EV sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop EV‑focused sales strategies, customer acquisition plans, and promotional activities
Oversee daily showroom operations, customer enquiries, test drives, and follow‑up procedures
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for Sales Consultants
Analyse EV market trends, competitor models, pricing, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations
Maintain strong relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, and fleet partners
Coordinate with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to support EV launches and campaigns
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high standard of service throughout the EV buying journey
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing policies, and regulatory requirements
Represent the company at EV exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
Work closely with manufacturers on product updates, training, and sales programs
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in EV or automotive sales is a strong advantage
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
Good command of English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, especially for communication with manufacturers
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Strong understanding of EV products, charging solutions, and market trends preferred
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
