Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage clinical research projects, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, ethical guidelines, and good clinical practices (GCP).

• Coordinate patient recruitment, conduct clinical assessments, and manage patient care within the research cohort.

• Analyze clinical data, monitor adverse events, and maintain accurate case report forms (CRFs) and documentation.

• Provide professional clinical insights and mentorship to junior research staff, bridging the gap between practical nursing and clinical research.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) holding a valid Practicing Certificate with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of practical clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from a Geriatric Ward or elderly care background.

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, familiar with clinical trial operations and research methodologies.

• Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese to interact effectively with patients and research stakeholders.
