Job Responsibilities
Follow up on accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with customers regarding payment and billing-related matters
Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and updating reports
Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an administrative role
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated with strong numerical sensitivity and analytical skills
· Immediate availability would be an advantage
