Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on accounts receivable in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Liaise with customers regarding payment and billing-related matters

  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and updating reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an administrative role

  • Self-motivated with strong numerical sensitivity and analytical skills
