Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to join our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven ability to leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize workflows. Experience in model architecture and a basic understanding of the stock market will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance trading systems and infrastructure

• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement and optimize trading algorithms

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable and efficient code for real-time trading environments

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment

• Utilize AI-assisted tools and prompt engineering to streamline development, refactor code, and optimize system performance

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize coding efficiency

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles

• Basic Knowledge of the stock market and financial instruments is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal, Mandarin fluency is a must
