The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in construction procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, estimating, or commercial building construction.
• Demonstrated experience preparing construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and detailed scopes of work.
• Strong background in subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, scope analysis, contract negotiations support, and procurement workflows.
• Experience identifying scope gaps, exclusions, clarifications, and commercial risks during contract preparation.
• Knowledge of subcontractor prequalification processes and Master Service Agreements (MSA).
• Experience supporting multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Office, Box, and other construction management platforms.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, organizational, and contract management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in procurement documentation.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and report onsite in Clark, Pampanga during the onboarding period.

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform daily procurement tasks in line with organizational standards
• Analyze and evaluate sub-bid data from estimating templates
• Collaborate with procurement engineers and managers across multiple projects
• Communicate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve issues
• Reach out to subcontractors for prequalification and MSA processes
