Junior Web developer

K15 Labs is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build modern web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or developers with limited professional experience who want to accelerate their careers through hands-on experience and mentorship. You will work directly with an experienced Senior Developer who will provide code reviews, technical guidance, and support as you grow.

We are an AI-first development team and actively use tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants as part of our daily workflow. Developers are encouraged to leverage AI to learn faster, work more efficiently, and deliver higher-quality solutions. You will receive guidance on how to effectively combine modern AI tools with strong engineering fundamentals.

The role is onsite during the first 6 months to maximize collaboration, learning, and career development. After the onboarding period, a more flexible work arrangement will be available. Our office is located in the heart of Eastwood City.

What You’ll Do

• Build frontend and backend features using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with APIs and backend data.
• Build dashboards, search tools, filters, tables, and other product features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Use modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with a small product-focused team.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React or Next.js.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of APIs.
• Experience using Git or GitHub.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.

• Personal projects, internships, or freelance work.
• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Experience with Supabase or similar databases.
• Experience building dashboards, admin systems, or search interfaces.
• Experience using AI tools during development.
