About the Role:
As a Tech Lead, you will balance hands-on coding, system design, and team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders and developers to deliver robust technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics, provide project updates, and present recommendations to management in a clear and professional manner.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Minimum 1–2 years as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or similar role.
Fluent in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong full-stack experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with REST API, GraphQL, MongoDB, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Azure Service Fabric.
Good understanding of software architecture, API design, database design, and security.
Experience with Git workflow, code review, branching, and deployment process.
Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to lead the team while still contributing to coding.
Experience with ASP.NET Blazor.
Experience with enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, workflow, or approval systems.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide the development team in technical execution.
Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
Define technical direction, architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Review code quality, system performance, maintainability, and security.
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Support frontend development using Angular, React, React Native, HTML5, and CSS3.
Support or contribute to ASP.NET Blazor applications when required.
Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
Coordinate with management, QA, developers, and business users.
Mentor developers and help remove technical blockers.
Support production troubleshooting and issue resolution.
