Requirements:
1. Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Engineering Manager and other expertise listed below:
- Ability to handle a team of Developers
?- SCRUM ?Master
?- Knowledge in Banking Processes
?- Knowledge in other Agile methodologies
2. Must be proficient in:
- Organizing, monitoring and constantly improving the development process
?- Scheduling and planning development projects
?- Organizational and analytical skills.
3. Has a college degree in Computer Science, I.T., Computer and Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields.
4. Excellent English communication skills.
