The Brand & Marketing Executive supports the planning, coordination and execution of brand, marketing and social media initiatives across the group’s dining concepts.

This role works closely with the Brand & Marketing Communications team, outlet teams, designers, agencies, vendors and external partners to bring campaigns, promotions, content and brand experiences to life. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented and creatively aware, with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, maintain brand consistency and support the administrative needs behind smooth marketing execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, new menu launches, outlet initiatives and marketing activations.

  • Assist in developing campaign timelines, marketing calendars, task lists and rollout plans.

  • Coordinate campaign requirements across internal teams, outlet teams, designers, agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely execution.

  • Assist in preparing campaign briefs, creative references, copy points and marketing materials.

  • Ensure campaign messaging, visuals and guest-facing touchpoints are aligned with each brand’s tone, personality and positioning.

 

Content & Communications

  • Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content across social media, eDMs, websites, in-store materials and promotional channels.

  • Draft social media captions, newsletter copy, website updates, promotional copy and basic campaign write-ups.

  • Work with designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies to produce marketing assets.

  • Support content shoots by coordinating shot lists, props, products, outlet arrangements and creative requirements.

  • Ensure all content and communications are clear, polished, on-brand and consistent across platforms.

 

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Support the day-to-day management of social media platforms (Meta & Rednote), including content scheduling, posting, community engagement and basic page upkeep.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and relevant F&B, lifestyle and hospitality content ideas.

  • Track social media performance and assist in compiling reports on reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign results.

  • Support influencer/KOL coordination, including shortlist preparation, outreach, hosting arrangements, briefing and follow-ups.

  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives such as boosted posts, campaign tracking and basic performance tracking

 

Outlet, Event & Partnership Coordination

  • Liaise with outlet teams to ensure campaigns, promotions and marketing materials are properly briefed and implemented.

  • Coordinate the delivery, display and upkeep of marketing materials such as posters, menus, table talkers, standees, signage, tent cards and promotional assets.

  • Support media visits, influencer tastings, brand events, activations and partnership campaigns.

  • Assist in gathering outlet feedback, campaign photos and operational updates to ensure smooth execution.

  • Help maintain clear communication between marketing, operations and external partners

 

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain organised records of marketing assets, campaign materials, vendor contacts, quotations, invoices, timelines and brand resources.

  • Assist with marketing expense tracking, quotation requests, purchase orders, invoice processing and basic budget coordination.

  • Compile campaign performance reports, post-campaign summaries and key learnings.

  • Support competitor research, market research and simple presentation decks when required.

  • Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, internal marketing documentation.

  • Assist with administrative coordination for shoots, events, partnerships and marketing rollouts, including bookings, logistics, samples, deliveries and follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Media or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, brand communications, hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands preferred.

  • Strong written English with an eye for tone, detail and clarity.

  • Good understanding of Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Rednote, and lifestyle/F&B content trends.

  • Organised, reliable and able to manage timelines across multiple brands, outlets and campaigns.

  • Comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders, including outlet teams, designers, vendors, agencies and partners.

  • Able to manage administrative tasks carefully and systematically.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, OneDrive Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, website CMS or similar tools is a plus.

  • Interest in food, hospitality, lifestyle, design, culture and brand storytelling.

  • Able to work independently while being collaborative, responsive and hands-on.
