Role Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting project-based financial monitoring. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work closely with project and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
2. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
3. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability
4. Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with local regulations
5. Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and cash flow monitoring
6. Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
7. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
8. Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
9. Support management with financial planning and decision-making
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in project-based, construction, architecture, or design industries
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
4. Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
7. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
8. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
