Job Overview

Summits Group Indonesia (MyVenus / MyWave / MyDerma / MySkin (Maybenna)) is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for leading the overall brand design identity across all group brands. The role covers the planning, creation, and management of all design touchpoints, including websites, brochures, merchandise, packaging, business cards, and investor materials. This position plays a key part in ensuring consistency and scalability of our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand design system for all Summits Group brands

• Design and enhance of Summits Group brands websites, including of:

  • UI/UX

  • Social Media

  • Merchandise

  • Other marketing activities

• Create printed materials such as brochures, name cards, merchandise, and packaging

• Develop design materials for offline consultation events and exhibitions

• Produce key visuals for online campaigns and advertisements

• Maintain design quality control and manage brand design guidelines

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Web, and Operations teams
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–7 years of design experience (branding experience required)

• Skilled in Graphic Design + Motion Design is preferred

• Familiar working with multi-national company and communicate in English or Korean is a must

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Experience in developing brand identity systems

• Experience in both digital and print design

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beauty, medical, fashion, or lifestyle brands

• Experience leading website renewal or redesign projects

• Strong ability to produce premium and emotionally driven visual work

• Experience in start-up or high-growth environments

• Understanding of Korean design trends
