We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, driving awareness and sales growth, leading impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand positioning across digital and e-commerce channels.
Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead brand campaigns across digital, social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and offline channels to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Develop and strengthen brand positioning, communication strategies, and key messaging to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Plan and oversee product launch initiatives, from market analysis and positioning to go-to-market execution.
- Manage large-scale KOL and influencer marketing programs to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful and consumer-centric campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance across marketplaces, social commerce, and digital advertising channels.
- Analyze campaign results, marketplace metrics, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and achievement of business KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and align team members to execute brand initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Growth Marketing within the Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive both awareness and business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, and marketplace ecosystems (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Experience managing KOL, influencer marketing, and community engagement initiatives within the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, consumer insights, and marketplace performance into effective business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness through ROI and KPI analysis.
- Highly proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
