[Contract Based] Group Underwriter - Employee Benefit

Job Description:

1. Able to provide proper and accurate risk analysis when performing Employee Benefit underwriting transactions.
2. Able to perform calculations for Group Health’s tailor-made or complex cases 
3. Able to negotiate premium reviews with the sales team, actuaries, and the global office
4. Able to work independently
5. Maintain the Combined Ratio in accordance with the company's target

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from Mathematics or Actuarial Science major
2.  Min 5 years of experience in employee benefit/group underwriting
3. Knowledge of actuarial science/insurance premium calculation
4. Knowledge of insurance and life insurance risk assessment
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
6. Proficient in analyzing claims data
7. Sense of Business sensing, ownership, responsibility, and integrity 
8. Able to communicate in English (listening and speaking)
