Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with good corporate governance.
Maintain good relations and communication with the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Serve as a liaison between the company and the OJK.
Oversee daily operations and ensure the company's health and sustainability.
Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned or authorized by the Board of Directors.
Provide advice on the company's compliance operations and ensure that the company's compliance operations are running smoothly and in accordance with regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
5 years or above experience as a senior level manager.
Have a deep understanding of the financial services industry or P2P lending.
Familiar with the local regulations
Good communication skills internal and external.
Reliable and integrity.
Self-Driven, solution-oriented thinking, can-do attitude.
Can work under a fast-paced & multi-task environment and hands-on.
Native Bahasa speaker and English Workable.
Must be eligible and willing to undergo and pass the OJK Fit and Proper Test.
