As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker for the DCS Batching Plant position, where Mandarin language proficiency will be an added advantage. The Production Worker – DCS Batching Plant will be responsible for operating and monitoring the batching plant using the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Key responsibilities include conducting routine checks on equipment, maintaining accurate records of production data, assisting in troubleshooting operational issues, and following safety protocols at all times. The ideal candidate will also support the coordination between control room operations and on-site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards. Strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin, will be beneficial in working with international teams and handling technical documentation.

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or industrial technology. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or control room environment, is required. Proficiency in Control Room Operation, Batching Plant Operation, and DCS Operation is essential. We welcome candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to a high-performing team. Experience with Mandarin language is considered a valuable asset but not mandatory.
