1. Education & Experience
- Proficient in English OR Mandarin (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Operational Responsibilities
- Process new merchant applications and ensure completeness of documentation
- Perform due diligence and risk assessment checks
- Coordinate with internal teams (risk, compliance, sales) for approvals
4. Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
