Key responsibilities for the Bar Back roles at HATCH BALI include ensuring a seamless service experience for our guests, maintaining a well-stocked bar, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and collaborating effectively with the team to achieve high standards of hospitality. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering friendly and efficient service. Additionally, you will assist in managing inventory, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area, contributing to the smooth operation of the venue.

To be considered for this position, you must have completed your SMA/SMK education level and possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
