Job Summary: Responsible for managing relationships between the company and external parties, including government authorities, partners, media, and local communities. This role ensures smooth communication, regulatory compliance support, and positive corporate image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and external parties
- Handle permits, licenses, and regulatory coordination
- Represent the company in external meetings, events, and forums
- Manage communication with government authorities and external parties
- Monitor policy/regulatory changes affecting the company
- Assist in handling external communication during crises or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Law, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in External Relations / PR / Government Relations
- Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin preferred, English as additional)
- Good networking and negotiation skills
- Familiar with local government processes and regulations
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
