AI Video Creator at Algonova
What you will be doing
Creating a minimum of 25 videos per week based on various references
Writing scripts and utilizing storytelling: catchy hooks in the first 3 seconds, dynamic structure, clear CTA
Analyzing competitors' and trend references, and adapting them to our tasks
Working with AI tools for video, voice, avatar generation, editing, and post-production
Testing hypotheses: what works, what doesn't, and iterating based on metrics
What we expect from you
Experience in creating AI short-form videos for social media
Understanding of storytelling principles: hook → tension → payoff. Ability to write scripts that keep attention until the end
Confident proficiency with AI tools: Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude — the more, the better
Confident editing in CapCut
Trend awareness: following trends, knowing what's currently going viral and why
Autonomy — critical for remote work: ability to plan time, meet deadlines, and not get lost without micromanagement
Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly
