About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our activewear store team. This role involves both in-store sales and online order support, so you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and sales-focused, with the ability to confidently communicate with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in-store and drive sales
* Provide friendly and professional customer service
* Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
* Pack and process online orders accurately
* Assist with stock organisation and inventory
* Support daily store operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar sales assistant / retail role
* Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system
* Near-native / perfect English required (spoken and understood clearly)
* Friendly, confident, and well-presented
* Reliable and detail-oriented
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable assisting with both in-store sales and online orders
Salary
IDR 4,000,000 – 5,000,000/month
