Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through Call or Chat or other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers in a professional manner.

• Investigate customer issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant stakeholders when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

• Monitor and follow up on unresolved cases until completion.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service experiences.

• Prepare reports related to customer concerns, trends, and resolutions.
  
  Requirement:

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.

• Proficient in spoken and written Malaysian Language.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools will be an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Jakarta.

• Available to join immediately is preferred.
