With the expansion of our school to include the Junior High level in Tapos, Depok, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounting - Finance Officer.

The primary responsibility of the Accounting - Finance Officer at Cibubur Indonesia School is to ensure accurate and efficient financial management and reporting. This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining detailed bookkeeping records, and performing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and to optimize financial processes. Additionally, the officer will assist in preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. A strong candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in all financial transactions.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, possessing between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Key skills required include proficiency in accounts payable, bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Experience in educational institutions would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
